JMG hosts two annual student conferences and one professional development conference designed for teachers and administrators. Our student conferences inspire leadership growth and spark meaningful workforce exploration, giving students hands-on opportunities to build confidence and career readiness. Our professional development conference equips JMG educators with the most up‑to‑date practices, energizes program leaders, and strengthens implementation of our current initiatives—including workforce readiness and credentialing.
